Role Overview: AI Agent Engineer

Joblet-AI is seeking an AI Agent Engineer to develop intelligent, task-performing AI agents. These agents will automate high-value workflows across the Joblet-AI platform by designing, shipping, and iterating on solutions that interact with APIs, make decisions, and complete tasks for hiring teams. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Build production AI agents capable of interacting with internal and external APIs.
• Engineer agent workflows by combining LLMs, tools, memory, and state management.
• Integrate agents with existing systems, including databases, job boards, messaging platforms, and CRMs.
• Implement evaluation, testing, and monitoring processes for agents in production environments.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify high-ROI agent use cases across the platform.
• Continuously improve the accuracy, reliability, and cost efficiency of agents.
