About the Role
JASARA PMC is seeking an MIS Officer to join our team. This full-time position involves supporting the preparation of various reports, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting with database maintenance and data visualization efforts. The role is suitable for fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect and validate data from various departments to ensure accuracy.
- Support in maintaining and updating internal databases and tracking sheets.
- Help develop dashboards and simple data visualizations for management.
- Coordinate with teams to gather required information for reporting.
- Assist in documenting processes, workflows, and system updates.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for MIS-related queries.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive data.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, with preferred skills in VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is considered a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
