We are recruiting on behalf of a beautiful new female-focused Pilates & Wellness Boutique opening in Costal City Al Khobar Saudi Arabia.

The studio will offer a premium personalised approach to Pilates and wellness combining expert instruction with a welcoming community-driven environment.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Female Pilates Instructor who is confident teaching Reformer and Mat Pilates and is committed to delivering an exceptional experience for every client.

About the Role:

As a Pilates Instructor you will deliver high-quality Reformer and Mat Pilates sessions to clients of varying abilities from beginners through to advanced participants.

You will be responsible for creating engaging safe and personalised sessions while helping clients achieve their individual movement and wellness goals.

You will also contribute to creating a positive studio culture and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Reformer and Mat Pilates classes

- Deliver private and small-group sessions

- Teach beginner intermediate and advanced classes

- Provide clear and effective cueing and corrections

- Offer appropriate exercise modifications and progressions

- Conduct basic movement and posture assessments

- Create personalised programs based on client needs

- Support clients with mobility flexibility posture and core strength

- Ensure safe and correct use of Pilates equipment

- Maintain a clean and professional studio environment

- Build positive and long-term relationships with clients

- Deliver a warm professional and personalised client experience

- Support studio opening activities and community-building initiatives

- Contribute ideas for future classes and programming

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about Pilates and genuinely enjoys helping clients feel stronger healthier and more confident.

Requirements:

- Minimum 23 years experience teaching Pilates preferred

- Strong experience teaching *Reformer and Mat Pilates**

- Internationally recognised Pilates certification such as *BASI STOTT Pilates Balanced Body Polestar APPI or equivalent**

- Certified in both Reformer and Mat Pilates

- Good understanding of movement mechanics posture and safe exercise technique

- Professional spoken and written English

- Arabic is advantageous

- Additional qualifications in Pre/Postnatal Pilates Functional Movement Rehabilitation Anatomy or Biomechanics would be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

- SAR per month depending on qualifications and experience.

- Annual Performance-based commission and incentives 5%-15%

- 25%-40% PT Commission

Working Hours:

- 6 days per week

- 8 hours per day

- Straight shift

- Approximately 57 classes per day with adequate breaks
