Description:

The Staff Support UH60M Training & Support Manager leads our Aviation Training Management Office (TMO) and Administrative Staff Group (ASG) as a comprehensive point of contact for MNG HQ G3/5 & G4 Officers and Staff. This role is critical in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of training and support services for MNG-AVN Staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation training program management and administrative support within a US military context.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in aviation training management and administrative support within a military or aviation environment.

• Former Army Command or HQDA staff officer experience desired.

• Masters degree preferred.

• Strong understanding of Army regulations and training management systems with specific experience in G21 ERP preferred.

• Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills capable of managing a diverse team of specialists and coordinating with military personnel.

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
