Job Summary
Analyze business needs and data to improve processes define requirements and support decision-making across stakeholders.
Key Performance Indicators- Deliver validated requirements and user stories
- Produce actionable insights from business data
- Improve workflows through process mapping
- Support KPI tracking and reporting
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and change adoption
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Analytics or related field
- 2 years experience in business analysis or related role
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Knowledge of process improvement and KPI design
- Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools
- SQL
- Data visualization (Tableau or Power BI)
- Process mapping (BPMN)
- Requirements tools (Jira Confluence)
- Stakeholder management and clear communication
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
