Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project engineering for complex programs ensuring technical delivery schedule adherence risk management and cross-functional alignment from planning through commissioning.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Deliver projects on-time and within budget
- Own technical scope and engineering deliverables
- Reduce project risks through proactive mitigation
- Coordinate stakeholders to unblock engineering execution
- Ensure quality via reviews testing and commissioning
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- 5 years engineering project leadership experience
- Proven delivery of complex projects (design to commissioning)
- Strong understanding of engineering standards and processes
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Project engineering and systems integration
- Requirements design review and technical documentation
- Risk management and mitigation planning
- Testing commissioning and quality assurance
- Tools: MS Project Jira AutoCAD/Revit (as applicable)
- Cross-functional leadership and communication
- Stakeholder management and negotiation
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Ownership and accountability
- Risk-aware planning and execution
