Laika is the legal AI for Saudi law, built for work that has to be right.
The product is live and used by lawyers every day for research, drafting and review, in Arabic and in English, with every output traceable to the source behind it.
This role builds it.
What you'll do
Build and ship the product lawyers use every day, alongside the founders and our Head of AI, on a system that is already live. Build the workflows people carry out inside Laika, in Arabic and in English, right to left and left to right, from the first question to the finished document. Close the distance between a problem we notice and a fix in production. You ship, you watch how it is used, you change it.
The shape of this role will change as we grow. We are looking for judgement, not a checklist.
What we're looking for
Solid full-stack engineering. Care for the details users notice. Comfortable working where approximately right is not good enough. Able to decide what to build when nobody has written the spec. Arabic is an advantage, not a requirement.

This role covers the whole product surface: what a lawyer sees, how they move through it, and what it takes to make that fast and dependable in two languages.
