Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and other legal documents;

Provide daily legal advice and risk-assessment support to business departments;

Monitor contract performance and identify potential legal risks;

Support matters involving employment, intellectual property, data compliance, and corporate governance;

Research laws, regulations, and regulatory policies relevant to the company’s business;

Assist with disputes, litigation, arbitration, and coordination with external counsel;

Maintain contracts, licenses, and other legal records;

Deliver internal compliance training and strengthen employees’ legal and risk awareness.

Skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Law;

At least two years of experience in an in-house legal team, law firm, or related role;

Sound knowledge of contract, corporate, employment, and compliance law;

Strong contract-drafting, legal-research, and risk-analysis skills;

Detail-oriented, responsible, discreet, and an effective communicator;

Legal professional qualification is preferred;

Strong written and spoken Chinese and English skills are preferred.
