Job description
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and evaluating specialty coffee beverages according to quality standards.
- Providing professional customer service that reflects the brand's identity.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace and equipment.
- Managing daily inventory and notifying when supplies need replenishment.
- Interacting with the Point of Sale (POS) system effectively.
- Adhering to safety standards and health regulations.
Skills
Requirements:
• Experience of at least one year in the coffee industry.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Adherence to professional appearance and conduct.
• Valid health certificate.
