Monitor and track material inventory levels to ensure material availability for operations and projects.

Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, transfers, and stock balances in the ERP system.

Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams to ensure timely material delivery and distribution.

Assist in conducting inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.

Prepare inventory and material consumption reports for management review.

Support material planning activities by tracking material requirements and identifying potential shortages.

Investigate and report material discrepancies and assist in implementing corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory control standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in Material Control, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

Basic understanding of inventory management and material control processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Good communication skills in English.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to analyze data and prepare accurate reports.

Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
