Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Issue and track client invoices via Zoho Books, linked to project milestones and purchase orders
• Follow up on collections and overdue receivables in coordination with the operations team
• Review and reconcile field custody/expense claims submitted through Zoho Expense across project sites (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam)
• Prepare daily accounting entries and perform bank reconciliations
• Prepare VAT filings and ensure compliance with ZATCA requirements, including e-invoicing
• Track purchase orders and vendor invoices, matching them against deliveries and payments
• Support preparation of periodic financial reports (cash flow, aging receivables, project financial status)
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare supporting documentation as needed
• Handle invoicing for long-term projects with multi-stage payment milestones (e.g., Down Payment / Installation / Completion)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Saudi national (required)
• 2–4 years of corporate accounting experience; experience in contracting, engineering integration, or long-term project-based businesses preferred
• Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar cloud-based ERP/accounting systems
• Working knowledge of VAT and ZATCA requirements, including e-invoicing
• Advanced Excel skills
• High attention to detail and deadline discipline
• Fluent in Arabic; working proficiency in English for documents and correspondence
