Lead and manage all hospital operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organisational goals.Oversee financial management, including budgeting and cost control.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.Foster collaboration across departments to enhance patient care and outcomes.Monitor and improve hospital performance metrics and quality indicators.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including staff and external partners.Lead initiatives for staff development and retention within the hospital.

Profile

A successful Hospital Managing Director should have:
Proven experience in hospital or healthcare management.Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.Expertise in financial planning and operational management.Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.A relevant degree in healthcare administration or a related field.

Job Offer
