Role & Responsibilities

The Facility Manager leads the delivery of integrated facilities management services across Musanadah's sites in AlUla. The role drives operational excellence, contract compliance and client satisfaction by managing maintenance programmes, multidisciplinary teams, budgets and HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated FM services across assigned sites, making sure service quality, compliance and client satisfaction stay consistent.

  
  

• Oversee planned preventive and reactive maintenance programmes through the CAFM system to keep assets reliable and extend their lifecycle.

  
  

• Drive contract performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs, and provide regular performance reports and improvement plans to the client.

  
  

• Lead, develop and manage in-house teams and subcontractors so the right people and skills are on site to meet operational needs.

  
  

• Manage operating budgets and cost control, and enforce HSE standards across all site operations.

  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical or in Facilities Management related field.

  
  

• At least 7 years of facilities management experience, including at least 3 years as a manager on IFM contracts, in hospitality, or on large mixed-use or giga-projects.

  
  

• A professional FM certification (IFMA FMP/CFM or IWFM) is preferred.

  
  

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
