Job Purpose

To support and enhance HR systems and digital solutions by optimizing HR processes, managing system improvements, and collaborating with HR, IT, and vendors to deliver efficient, compliant, and user-focused services that support business objectives.

Key Accountability Areas

HR Systems & Applications Support:

• Support and maintain HR systems.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors on system enhancements and issue resolution.
• Ensure system configuration aligns with HR policies and business needs.

HR Business Process Improvement:

• Analyze and improve HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, leave, and employee lifecycle.
• Develop standardized HR workflows and automate manual activities.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

Requirements Management:

• Gather business requirements from HR stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for IT.
• Support solution design and implementation.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HR system enhancements.
• Validate system changes before production deployment.
• Ensure quality and compliance with HR policies.

Process Documentation:

• Develop HR SOPs, policies, workflows, user guides, and process maps.
• Maintain HR process documentation and governance.

Change Management:

• Coordinate HR system changes and Requests for Change (RFCs).
• Support digital HR initiatives and system rollouts.

Training & User Support:

• Conduct training sessions for HR users.
• Provide functional support and troubleshoot HR system issues.

Role Accountability

HR Proficiency:

• Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.

Delivery:

• Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
• Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:

• Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Quality:

• Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:

• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

• Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

• Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Systems Analysis & Engineering or Any relevant field
