Design, configure, and maintain audio visual equipment for video conferencing and collaboration sessions. Troubleshoot issues with audio and video quality during meetings to ensure seamless communication. Collaborate with IT team to resolve technical issues related to conference room setup and configuration. Provide training on proper use of audio visual equipment to clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
4-15 years of experience in AV engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of audio conferencing systems, including configuration and troubleshooting. Proficiency in configuring video conferencing software such as Zoom or Skype.
