Smart Resourcing International is hiring experienced Maintenance Engineers / Field Service Engineers for a leading Hydrogen Systems project in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .

POSITION Maintenance Engineer / Field Service Engineer Hydrogen Electrolyser Systems

TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM Teledyne Technologies Incorporated TITAN Series Alkaline Electrolyser Systems Experience with TITAN Series HMXT / EC / EL Models will be preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installation, commissioning, operation support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of alkaline hydrogen electrolyser systems .
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation, PLC, control, and automation-related faults .
• Identify equipment failures and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Support commissioning and start-up activities for hydrogen production systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure reliable operation of electrolyser systems.
• Carry out field service activities and provide technical support at project sites.
• Work with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems associated with electrolyser plants.
• Interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, electrical diagrams, P&IDs, and instrumentation documents.
• Maintain proper service, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting records.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
• Follow approved maintenance procedures, company standards, and site requirements.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, permit-to-work procedures, and safe working practices .
• Participate in equipment inspections, testing, commissioning, and performance-related activities.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

• Hands-on experience in industrial equipment maintenance, field service, commissioning, or troubleshooting .
• Experience with hydrogen electrolyser systems will be highly preferred.
• Knowledge or experience with Teledyne TITAN Series Alkaline Electrolyser Systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems, instrumentation, industrial automation, and process control .
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation/control systems.
• Knowledge of industrial process equipment and maintenance practices.
• Experience working on complex industrial projects, plants, or process systems.
• Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read and understand P&IDs, electrical drawings, control schematics, and technical documentation .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of industrial HSE and safety procedures .

Desired Candidate Profile

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in: Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Instrumentation Engineering Electronics / Automation Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline.
