Overview of the Role

FAMCO Saudi Arabia is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across our Commercial Vehicles, Construction Equipment, Material Handling, and Industrial Solutions businesses. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness through both digital and traditional marketing channels.

The successful candidate will work closely with sales teams, product managers, external agencies, and key stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing campaigns that support business objectives and contribute to revenue growth across the Kingdom.

What You Will Do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and offline channels.

• Develop engaging marketing content including brochures, presentations, social media posts, videos, customer success stories, and promotional materials.

• Support lead generation activities and work closely with sales teams to convert marketing opportunities into business results.

• Manage and update website content, digital assets, and marketing collateral.

• Coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade shows, customer events, and product launches.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

• Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, printers, and other external vendors.

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and customer touchpoints.

• Assist in the preparation and management of marketing budgets and campaign expenditure.

Skills

Required Skills to Be Successful

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive, industrial, B2B, construction equipment, commercial vehicles, or related sectors.

• Experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, and content creation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic would be an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools is preferred.
