We are seeking motivated candidate to join our SEC2 BULK Program as a Projects Administrator. You will be responsible for developing and managing all administrative tasks for the Saudi team and support the document control team in document administration requirements of our program.Job Description
What youll do
- Coordinate with project managers engineers supply chain and other stakeholders to ensure timely updates to report out on KSA metrics.
- Support development and submission of monthly progress reports local content report etc.
- Act as an extension of the document control team based in France to ensure GEV meets its contractual requirement on document submissions. Support France team with document transmittal tools used by our customer.
- Support invoice package submission to customer and follow up on payment status.
- Have working knowledge of the program scope and mission. Be able to present program level presentation to general audience i.e. new employees
- Maintain log for business priorities and actions for week/month ahead.
- Arrange participate and record project meetings and provide input on planning and administrative updates.
- Maintain project documentation for operations conducted in Saudi and ensure all records are up to date.
- Support T&L activities of program leadership event bookings and coordination etc.
- Support site teams and logsitics of staff etc.
What youll bring
- Bachelors degree in project management Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum experience of 1 year in project administration.
- The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.
