We are looking for an accountant who is accurate and efficient in managing financial and accounting operations, following up on project, supplier, contractor, and client accounts, preparing financial reports and reconciliations, and preparing financial statements with the ability to analyze costs, track cash flows, and support management with the financial information necessary for decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities

Recording and reviewing daily accounting entries

Following up on client, supplier, and contractor accounts

Reviewing invoices, abstracts, and payments

Performing bank reconciliations and matching balances

Tracking expenses, revenues, and cash flows

Tracking project costs and linking expenses to cost centers

Preparing monthly and periodic financial reports

Participating in the preparation of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows

Monitoring Value Added Tax (VAT) and tax invoices

Following up on accounts receivable, accounts payable, and collections

Participating in monthly and annual closings

Organizing and archiving financial documents and records

Preparing and reviewing financial statements and accounting closings

Analyzing financial results and submitting periodic reports
