Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate professional to lead our coffee operations. In this role, you will be the heart of our beverage service, ensuring that every cup served meets our exacting standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. You will act as a mentor to the team, managing inventory, maintaining equipment, and cultivating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to coffee excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Master all brewing methods, including espresso preparation, pour-overs, and cold brew techniques.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures and cash handling.
• Train and mentor junior staff members on coffee theory, milk texturing, and latte art.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering beans, syrups, and milk, while minimizing waste.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Maintain and troubleshoot espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment.
• Develop and suggest seasonal beverage specials to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• 1 to 5 years of professional barista experience, with a proven track record in high-volume environments.
• Deep understanding of coffee origins, extraction variables, and milk chemistry.
• Excellent command of the English language; proficiency in Arabic is highly regarded.
• Valid residency and work authorization in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
