Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

You will serve as the primary growth driver and marketing powerhouse executing strategic plans across diverse domains, including real estate marketing, digital platform marketing, logistics and supply chain services, and B2B platforms.

In this role, you will execute targeted ad campaigns and advance digital marketing to grow the user base and generate leads tailored to each sector’s objectives. Additionally, you will optimize marketing channels and campaign performance to drive sales and achieve targeted growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and track project marketing strategies and Go-To-Market plans for B2B and B2C products and features.
• Build content calendars, write/review marketing and promotional materials, and tailor messaging and ideas to each project and target audience.
• Create creative briefs for designs and videos, monitor execution, and coordinate directly with content, design, media production, tech, sales, and operations teams.
• Analyze real estate projects to define competitive advantages and target segments, while conducting market research, competitor analysis, pricing studies, and trend tracking.
• Translate digital platform and product features into clear marketing messages and contribute to user acquisition strategies to drive sign-ups and engagement.
• Analyze the customer journey and optimize websites and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Plan and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads across various objectives (Lead Generation, Awareness, Traffic, Conversion, Retargeting).
• Define target audiences, budgets, and channels, and execute A/B testing on ad creative, offers, and landing pages.
• Track and optimize KPIs (CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS), analyze top-performing channels, and recommend budget reallocations to maximize ad spend return.
• Monitor lead sources and evaluate lead quality in direct alignment with the sales team.
• Support email marketing, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns while overseeing SEO efforts and keyword optimization.
• Analyze marketing data to prepare weekly, monthly, and periodic performance reports highlighting spend, results, and conversions, presenting actionable recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
• Monitor social media accounts, ensure timely execution of tasks and initiatives, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Minimum requirements of role:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of practical experience in marketing.
• Proven experience in real estate marketing, preferably within the Saudi market.
• Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns.
• Meta Ads; experience with TikTok and Snapchat Ads is preferred.
• Experience or good knowledge in marketing digital platforms, applications, e-services, and marketplaces.
• Good understanding of B2B and B2C business models.
• Acquisition, Customer Journey, Conversion, and Retargeting concepts.
• Experience in market research and competitor analysis.\
• Good experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, and SEO.
• Ability to analyze data and read campaign performance indicators (KPIs).
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and task management tools.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for research, analysis, and marketing.
• Excellent command of English.
• Providing portfolio samples or documented results of previous ad campaigns is preferred

Job Location & Work Hours Details:

· Work Location: Eastern Province - Al-Ahsa

· Employment Type : Full-Time

· Work Days : 6 Days per Week

· Work Hours : 8 Hours per day

· Salary Range : 4,000 SAR – 6,000 SAR.
