About the Role
JAL International Co. Ltd. is seeking a Business Planning Analyst/Specialist to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This is a contract position requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on business planning, budgeting, performance management, and reporting within industrial and manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business objectives and performance measures.
- Manage business planning, budgeting, and performance reporting processes.
- Prepare professional board and executive reports, including graphics and dashboards.
- Develop and implement procedures and templates for business planning and reporting.
- Build and maintain performance databases for corporate functions.
Required Experience and Skills
- Extensive experience in business planning, budgeting, performance management, and reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of business objectives development and performance measurement.
- Experience within the oil/gas, chemical, petrochemical, food, or feed industries.
- Proficiency in SAP for business planning and reporting.
- Strong knowledge and experience in developing procedures and templates.
- Good understanding of Total Quality Management (TQM) and auditing practices.
- Excellent skills in MS Windows and presentation software.
General Requirements
- Candidates must possess strong and relevant experience within industrial, manufacturing, petrochemical, or similar project environments.
- Applicants must be locally available in Saudi Arabia.
- The job location is Jubail Industrial City.
