Job description
The primary objective of this position is to operate large trucks and light vehicles for the transportation of goods and materials over both long and short distances, while fully adhering to the schedule and safety regulations.
Skills
- Valid Heavy Transport Driving License (essential requirement).
- Previous Driving Experience as a light transport driver (generally not less than 1 to 3 years).
- Clean Driving Record and free from serious traffic violations or major accidents.
- Good Knowledge of Truck Mechanics to handle minor breakdowns and repairs on the road.
- Ability to Endure Physical Strain and sit for extended periods while working in varying weather conditions.
- Adherence to Schedules and possessing good time management and communication skills with supervisors and clients.
