We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Logistics Engineer in Bahrain. Our client is seeking skilled, motivated professionals with strong experience in logistics operations within the Ready Mix environment. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics and dispatch activities for Ready Mix operations.
  

  
  

• Plan and coordinate the movement of transit mixers and other delivery vehicles to project sites.
  

  
  

• Develop efficient delivery schedules and routes to support timely concrete deliveries.
  

  
  

• Coordinate with batching plants, drivers, site teams, and operations personnel to maintain smooth material movement.
  

  
  

• Monitor vehicle turnaround times and fleet utilization and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  

  
  

• Track deliveries and respond to traffic, site-access, vehicle, and scheduling issues that could affect operations.
  

  
  

• Coordinate logistics requirements with production schedules and customer/site requirements.
  

  
  

• Maintain accurate logistics, dispatch, fleet-utilization, and delivery records and prepare operational reports.
  

  
  

Required Skills

1. Ready Mix Logistics: Strong understanding of logistics requirements associated with Ready Mix operations.
   

   
   

2. Fleet & Dispatch Management: Ability to plan and coordinate vehicle dispatch and daily fleet movement.
   

   
   

3. Route Planning: Ability to organize efficient routes while considering delivery schedules and site requirements.
   

   
   

4. Operations Coordination: Ability to coordinate between batching plants, drivers, project sites, and logistics operations.
   

   
   

5. Logistics Analysis: Ability to monitor turnaround time, fleet utilization, delivery performance, and operational delays.
   

   
   

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with GPS/fleet tracking and logistics monitoring systems.
  

  
  

• Exposure to ERP or dispatch-management systems used in industrial logistics.
  

  
  

• Strong reporting and operational data-analysis capability.
  

  
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates must have 7–10 years of logistics experience in Ready Mix operations. Experience should include practical exposure to coordinating transportation, fleet movement, delivery schedules, and logistics activities in a time-sensitive Ready Mix environment.

Education
Minimum: Typical — Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline

Preferred: Typical — Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management

Additional: Relevant logistics, fleet-management, or supply-chain certifications are advantageous.
