Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Daily Monitoring: Monitor all branches via cameras throughout working hours.
2. Sales Performance Analysis: Track customer reception, persuasion, closing, and interaction rates.
3. Discipline Monitoring: Ensure compliance with (attendance and departure fingerprint recording, presence inside the store, no mobile phone use, uniform dress code).
4. Customer Service Evaluation: Monitor politeness, smiles, product knowledge, and greetings.
5. Report Submission: Prepare a daily report of any violations, including time, date, branch, and employee, with video clips if necessary.
6. Violation Tracking: Document cases of tardiness, leaving without fingerprint recording, gatherings inside the store, and customer neglect.
7. Improvement Suggestions: Provide recommendations to enhance sales and employee behavior.
