Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Project Manager with a strong background in managing IT infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project teams overseeing all phases of project and ensuring successful delivery of projects on time within scope and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership organizational and communication skills to manage crossfunctional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan execute and finalize IT infrastructure projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  

• Define project scope goals deliverables and timelines in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  

• Develop fullscale project plans and associated communications documents.
  

• Effectively coordinate internal resources and thirdparty vendors for the flawless of projects.
  

• Manage daytoday operational aspects of projects including resource allocation and team supervision.
  

• Track project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques to analyze the successful completion of short and longterm goals.
  

• Identify and manage project risks issues and dependencies proactively.
  

• Ensure all project documentation is maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
  

• Conduct postproject evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  

• Foster a culture of accountability quality and continuous improvement.
  

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.

5 years of proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects (e.g. server migrations network upgrades cloud implementations).

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts including networking servers storage and security.

Demonstrated experience in supervising crossfunctional project teams.

Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PMBOK Agile Waterfall).

Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project Jira Trello or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP PRINCE2 or similar project management certification.
  

• Experience working in enterprise or hybrid cloud environments (e.g. AWS Azure).
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
