Orthopedic Surgery Consultant

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Take detailed patient histories and use specialized equipment to assess the extent of fractures or injuries.
Determine the best treatment plans including surgical and nonsurgical options at Brookefield Hospital.
Perform diagnostic tests such as Xrays and MRI scans to identify musculoskeletal conditions.
Conduct surgical procedures to repair bones nerves ligaments tendons and joints.
Prescribe medications and recommend physical therapy to aid in patient recovery.
Monitor patients progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Develop and implement rehabilitation plans postsurgery to ensure optimal recovery.
