Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager in UX/UI Design to lead our design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing UX/UI design strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the company's websites, mobile apps, digital products, and services are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in UX/UI design, with a deep understanding of design principles, user research methodologies, and team leadership. Experience in designing and creating high-performing EDMs. Understanding email marketing platforms (e.g., Infobip, Mailchimp, Salesforce) and design tools.
