Security Agent ( Saudi Only )

Job Summary

• Conduct regular patrols of guest areas public areas back-of-house areas parking facilities and other designated locations.
• Monitor hotel entrances exits access points and restricted areas.
• Ensure that only authorized individuals have access to restricted areas.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents emergencies and guest or colleague concerns.
• Monitor and report any suspicious activity safety hazards unauthorized access or unusual behavior.
• Assist guests and colleagues in security-related matters while maintaining a professional and courteous approach.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain daily security logs.
• Coordinate with the CCTV Operator and Security Control Room regarding security incidents and observations.
• Assist in emergency situations including fire alarms evacuations medical emergencies and other incidents in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Conduct inspections of doors emergency exits fire equipment and other security-sensitive areas and report any irregularities.
• Support the investigation of incidents by providing relevant information and cooperating with authorized departments.
• Control and monitor the movement of employees contractors visitors and deliveries in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Ensure that lost and found items are handled and recorded according to hotel policy.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information hotel operations security incidents and investigations.
• Complete all required security checklists logs and reports accurately and on time.
• Follow all hotel security safety fire prevention and emergency procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Security Supervisor or Security Management.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a security role preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures emergency response and fire safety.
• Good observation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies or challenging situations.
• Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• High level of integrity confidentiality and professionalism.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete security reports and records.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and public holidays.
