Compensation: 3,000 – 5,000 SAR / month (Part-Time Retainer)
About Us & The Opportunity We are an ambitious, fast-rising startup building a bold presence in the market. As we scale, we are laying the foundation for an in-house marketing engine.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, creative Marketing Lead based in Riyadh to start on a part-time basis and own our marketing operations.
The Growth Path: This role starts as a flexible, part-time position. However, as our startup grows and this department expands, we are looking for someone who wants to step up and transition into a Full-Time Marketing Lead / Head of Marketing position.
About the Role In this role, you will bridge the gap between hands-on creative content and marketing execution. You will visit Riyadh venues/locations approximately once a week to shoot short-form video content (Reels/Tik Toks), while also managing and coordinating our external freelancers (graphic designers, campaign/SEO specialists) to execute our broader marketing roadmap.
Key Responsibilities1. Content Capture & Social Media Management (Hands-On):
Build, plan, and execute the monthly social media content calendar.
Visit Riyadh venues/locations ~once a week to shoot mobile video content (Reels, Tik Toks, Behind-the-Scenes).
Edit short-form videos using mobile tools (Cap Cut, InShot, etc.) and write native Arabic/English copy.
Publish posts and engage with our audience.
2. Freelancer & Campaign Coordination (Management):
Lead and brief external freelancers (Graphic Designers, Performance Marketers, SEO Specialists).
Review deliverables, enforce quality standards, and ensure campaign timelines are met.
Serve as the central point of contact for all marketing collateral and brand execution.
3. Department Building & Growth:
Help establish marketing workflows, brand guidelines, and content processes.
Track engagement and campaign metrics to help guide our startup's marketing strategy.
Requirements & Qualifications Location: candidate living in Riyadh.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in social media management, mobile content creation, or marketing coordination.
Content Skills: Strong mobile video recording and editing portfolio (Reels/Tik Toks).
Project Management: Proven ability to manage, brief, and hold freelancers accountable.
Languages: Bilingual (Fluent Arabic with strong Saudi dialect copywriting skills, proficient English).
Mindset: Startup mindset—proactive, ambitious, organized, and interested in growing into a full-time leadership role as the company scales.
