About the Role

Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts is seeking a PR & Guest Experience Executive for the Marketing team at Jumeirah The Red Sea. This full-time position is open to Saudi National Talent and requires 0-1 years of experience.

Role Context

The PR & Guest Experience Executive supports the resort's public relations and communications efforts, working with external agencies, media, and internal teams. The role also involves contributing to the development and coordination of guest experiences and special programming, ensuring authentic storytelling about the resort and destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support PR and communications activities under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Communications, collaborating with PR agencies, media, and internal teams.
• Coordinate media, influencer, and creator visits, including planning itineraries and managing on-property experiences, in collaboration with the agency.
• Develop familiarity with Saudi media, creators, cultural figures, and local communities to support authentic narratives about the resort and destination.
• Assist with the development and coordination of guest experiences, cultural rituals, and special programming, working alongside Marketing and Operations.
• Contribute to social and digital storytelling by identifying compelling moments, people, and experiences for content creation.
• Help maintain PR and Guest Experience calendars, contacts, briefs, assets, and reports to ensure organized and coordinated activities.
• Provide assistance with daily marketing operations as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in public relations, communications, guest experience, media relations, social media, and content creation.
• Creativity and curiosity, with an ability to identify engaging stories, experiences, and moments that support the resort’s brand and destination storytelling.

Experience Level

This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.
