Job Summary
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Sales Coordinator in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The role requires an experienced sales professional with exposure to construction architectural products manufacturing or a related field along with hands-on experience in sales administration. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office and ERP systems and must be fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day sales administration activities and support the sales team in managing customer requirements.
- Prepare and maintain quotations sales orders customer records and related sales documentation.
- Update sales transactions customer information and order details accurately in ERP systems.
- Track customer inquiries quotations orders and follow-up activities to support timely sales closure.
- Coordinate internally with sales operations production logistics and other relevant departments on customer orders.
- Prepare sales reports spreadsheets presentations and other documentation using MS Office.
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure relevant documents and commercial information are properly organized.
- Support customer communication and follow-up activities throughout the sales administration process.
Required Skills
- Sales Administration: Practical experience supporting and coordinating sales processes documentation and order-related activities.
- ERP Systems: Ability to use ERP software for maintaining sales and customer transaction records.
- MS Office: Strong working knowledge of Excel Word PowerPoint and related office applications.
- Industry Sales Experience: Experience in construction architectural products manufacturing or a related sector.
- English Communication: Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Sales order and quotation coordination.
- Customer and internal department coordination.
- Sales reporting and documentation management.
Work Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience is required. Candidates should have worked in construction architectural products manufacturing or a related field and should have previous Sales Administration experience.
Education
Minimum: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
