Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules using Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL. Implement and configure Odoo ERP based on business requirements. Customize workflows, reports, dashboards, and approval processes. Gather business requirements and recommend ERP solutions. Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain Odoo applications. Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs. Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Module Experience Candidates must have hands-on experience implementing and customizing the following Odoo modules: Human Resources (HR) Payroll Recruitment Accounting & Finance Sales & CRM Procurement Inventory & Warehouse Project Management Documents & Approvals Experience with Saudi HR and Payroll processes , including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, ZATCA, and EOSB , will be an added advantage.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field. Minimum 3 5 years of Odoo development and implementation experience . Strong knowledge of Odoo Community & Enterprise editions. Experience in ERP implementation for Construction, EPC, or Engineering companies is preferred. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
