ROLE

You are the face of Le Caf LPM and the gatekeeper of the guest experience. You manage reservations, welcome and farewell guests, and keep the flow of the room feeling effortless from the moment the door opens. You optimise the seating and play a direct role in the restaurant's performance.

IMPACTS

Reservation Systems: You manage the waitlist, bookings, walk-ins, and seating with ease. You keep the flow moving and every guest feeling expected. You are recognised and recognisable.
Communication: Warm in person, clear on the phone, always professional. You make every interaction feel personal and unhurried. You don't wait to be asked: taking a drink order while seating a guest is just how you work.
Organisation: You keep the guest list accurate and never miss an opportunity to build a guest profile. The reception area is immaculate, and the seating plan balanced - even when the room is full and things move fast.

Desired Candidate Profile

No prior experience required - personality, warmth, and natural charm matter most. Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus. English written and spoken is a must. Arabic, French, or another language is a genuine advantage.
