About the Role

Maaden is seeking a Lead Specialist, Technical Solutions for its operations in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on defining and supporting technical solution delivery for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) initiatives. The specialist will translate business challenges and domain priorities into practical technology solutions, ensuring they are scalable, integrated, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Role Context and Purpose

The Lead Specialist works collaboratively with platform architects, solution architects, domain integrators, business partners, and delivery teams. The primary objective is to ensure that P2P solutions are delivered with measurable business value, are aligned with enterprise standards, and address operational pain points effectively. This involves capturing requirements, defining solution plans, and resolving technical and integration issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture statements of requirements for initiatives by translating P2P business challenges and operational pain points into clear solution needs.
• Define solution plans and packages of work in line with platform architects, solution architects, and delivery priorities.
• Guide delivery teams, including data scientists, engineers, and digital specialists, to ensure correct implementation of solution designs.
• Provide technical direction, design clarification, quality oversight, and practical implementation guidance throughout delivery.
• Work with domain integrators and business partners to shape initiative scope, success measures, and value hypotheses.
• Ensure solution designs are scalable, integrated, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture and platform standards.
• Coordinate with platform, integration, data, cybersecurity, ERP, analytics, and application teams to resolve cross-domain dependencies.
• Troubleshoot current and future-state issues across processes, workflows, platforms, integrations, and data.
• Monitor delivery progress against requirements, solution plans, quality criteria, and operational readiness expectations.
• Provide clear status, risks, technical recommendations, and decision support to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in technical solution delivery or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.
• Experience in guiding delivery teams and ensuring implementation quality.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture, platform standards, and P2P initiatives.
