تعلن شركة مقاولات عامة عن رغبتها في ضم مسوق (شاب للعمل ضمن فريقها، وفق الشروط والمتطلبات التالية:
المهام والمسؤوليات:
* استقطاب العملاء: بناء علاقات جديدة وجلب مشاريع وفرص استثمارية للشركة.
* إدارة وتطوير المحتوى: صناعة محتوى إبداعي (مرئي ومكتوب) يعكس مشاريع الشركة وأعمالها.
* المتابعة والتواصل: متابعة العملاء المحتملين وتلبية استفساراتهم .
* التسويق الميداني والإلكتروني: إدارة الحملات الإعلانية ومتابعة السوق المحلي.
الشروط والمتطلبات:
*
* الخبرة: خبرة عملية مثبتة في مجال التسويق وإدارة المحتوى (يفضل في قطاع المقاولات أو العقارات).
* إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (واللغة العربية يُفضل بدرجة جيدة للتواصل مع العملاء).
* مهارات ممتازة في التواصل، التفاوض، وجلب العملاء.
* سارية ومقابلة ونقل كفالة (إن وجد).

Job Vacancy: Digital &amp;amp; Field Marketer (Indian National)
A general contracting company is seeking to recruit a Marketer (Indian Male) to join its team, based on the following duties and qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Acquisition: Build new relationships and secure projects and investment opportunities for the company.
* Content Creation &amp;amp; Management: Produce creative visual and written content that showcases the company&amp;rsquo;s projects and operations.
* Follow-up &amp;amp; Communication: Track prospective clients and handle their inquiries promptly.
* Field &amp;amp; Digital Marketing: Manage advertising campaigns and monitor the local market.
Requirements &amp;amp; Qualifications:
* Nationality: Indian.
* Experience: Proven experience in marketing and content creation (experience in contracting or real estate is preferred).
* Proficiency in English (good command of Arabic is preferred for client communication).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and lead-generation skills.
* Valid transferable residency/Iqama.
