- Project planning and scheduling across all workstreams
- RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) management
- Milestone tracking and vendor coordination
- Change-control governance
- Produce and maintain the Communication Plan, Weekly and Monthly Reports, Escalation Matrix, and MOMs
- Budget and resource management — track project costs, optimize resource allocation, and ensure financial accountability
- Stakeholder management — engage with internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Quality assurance and compliance — ensure deliverables meet agreed standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations
- Dependency management — identify and manage interdependencies across workstreams and vendors
- Risk mitigation planning — proactively design and implement contingency strategies
- Adoption and training oversight — support change management, user adoption, and training programs for SaaS rollouts
What We Look For
- 8–10 years of experience in project management, preferably in enterprise SaaS delivery
- PMP certification
- Proven experience in enterprise SaaS implementations
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Experience in, or genuine comfort working in, a fast-paced startup environment: self-managed time, adapting to changing priorities, following tasks through, and delivering on short timelines when needed
- Comfortable working with AI tools and able to use them effectively to lift productivity and quality — e.g., Claude Code and other AI-powered tools
- Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and hybrid delivery models
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent)
- Preferred — multi-tenant architecture knowledge
- Preferred — bilingual (Arabic + English)
- Preferred — prior KSA public-sector delivery experience
