Overview

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist in talent acquisition processes, including screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
• Update and maintain employee databases and personal files with high accuracy.
• Support the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.
• Assist in managing attendance and leave records, and monitor compliance with internal work regulations.
• Contribute to the implementation of employee development initiatives and workplace engagement events.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding administrative policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Practical experience of at least two to three years in the field of human resources.
• Full knowledge of Saudi labor laws and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office programs.
