Job Description – Project Manager Job Title: Project Manager Key Responsibilities:Manage the project team and oversee the delivery of operations, maintenance, cleaning, and hospitality services. Develop and monitor operations and maintenance plans and ensure activities are executed in accordance with established requirements and schedules. Prepare and submit periodic performance reports, including daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and ad-hoc reports as required by the Organization. Attend regular performance review meetings and follow up on observations, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives. Develop the project organizational structure and identify required staffing levels, qualifications, and experience. Ensure project personnel are appropriately trained, qualified, and competent to perform their assigned responsibilities. Maintain continuous communication and coordination with the Organization’s Project Manager/Representative throughout the contract period. Monitor and supervise specialized subcontractors, including fire protection, security and surveillance systems, elevators, and other related services, ensuring effective coordination between different disciplines. Manage and monitor subcontractor performance and review their periodic reports. Develop and implement policies and procedures covering operations, maintenance, cleaning, and hospitality services. Identify and assess risks associated with the operation of the Organization’s buildings and facilities and implement appropriate mitigation and emergency plans. Oversee project information and reporting systems, including the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Monitor service quality and operational performance and recommend corrective and improvement actions to enhance efficiency and service continuity. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum Experience: 4-7 years of experience in project management. The Project Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the Operations and Maintenance Contract for the Organization’s headquarters, ensuring the efficient delivery of operations, maintenance, cleaning, and hospitality services in accordance with approved requirements and standards. The role includes leading the project team, managing subcontractors, monitoring operational performance, managing risks, and overseeing reporting and maintenance management systems to ensure the efficient and continuous operation of the Organization’s facilities.
