Job Purpose Lead the corporate performance management and strategy function, ensuring company objectives are translated into measurable KPIs, cascaded across the organization, monitored throughout the year, and reported effectively to executive management and the Board.
Key Responsibilities Own the corporate performance management framework. Lead the annual and in-year corporate KPI cycle. Translate CEO and Board objectives into measurable KPIs and targets. Cascade strategic objectives and KPIs through N-1 levels of the organization. Monitor corporate performance and identify areas requiring management intervention. Lead the year-end corporate performance review. Prepare CEO and Board-level performance reporting. Develop scenario analysis and management insights to support CEO decision-making. Own OKR governance and ensure consistency of objectives and key results. Partner with Finance, Strategy, HR, and business functions to validate performance data. Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions. Support strategic planning and ensure performance management remains connected to strategic priorities.
Ideal Profile9–12 years of experience in corporate strategy, corporate performance management, FP&A, or a related field. Strong experience with KPI frameworks and enterprise performance management. Experience cascading corporate objectives across a large organization. Board and C-suite reporting exposure. Listed-company experience would be an advantage. Strong analytical, commercial, and executive communication capabilities.
The proposal specifically assigns this role ownership of the Board-KPI cascade, in-year monitoring, year-end review, CEO-level scenario analysis, and end-to-end OKR governance.
