We are looking for a MEP Engineer to join our Projects in Riyadh
About the Role We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to oversee and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across projects, ensuring compliance with approved designs, Saudi Building Code, quality standards, safety requirements, budget, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities Review and coordinate MEP designs, IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and technical submittals. Supervise MEP installation works and coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Manage HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, electrical, and ELV works and resolve technical issues and site clashes. Prepare quantity take-offs, support BOQ and material planning, and monitor project costs and progress. Conduct site inspections and support testing, commissioning, snagging, handover, and project closeout. Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code, project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Prepare project progress reports and ensure all technical and handover documentation is complete.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.5+ years of relevant experience in MEP engineering, construction, or project delivery. Experience in shopping malls, commercial buildings, mixed-use, or large-scale developments. Strong experience in MEP design coordination, site supervision, technical documentation, and contractor management. Knowledge of Saudi Building Code and applicable local regulations. Experience with BOQ, quantity take-offs, testing & commissioning, and handover. Good English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office. Auto CAD or relevant MEP software knowledge is preferred.
