FIELD SERVICE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

FixOne is a growing Canadian-based service company providing residential and commercial repair, installation, and property services.

We are looking for a motivated Field Service Sales Representative to join our growing home and emergency services team in Ontario, Canada.

We are looking for someone who can combine customer service, sales, technical understanding and hands-on field experience.

What you will do

• Communicate with customers in French and English

• Attend residential and commercial service calls

• Assess customer needs and identify the appropriate solution

• Explain technical issues and recommended repairs to customers

• Prepare and communicate pricing and service options

• Sell additional services when appropriate

• Handle emergency and scheduled service calls

• Work with locksmith, doors & windows, garage doors and other home-service solutions

• Perform basic hands-on technical work when required

• Build strong relationships with customers

• Represent the company professionally at customer locations

• Identify opportunities for additional repairs, replacements and upgrades

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in sales, customer service, technical sales, field service in construction or maintenance or automotive or locksmithing or a related field

• Is confident communicating with customers

• Can explain technical problems in simple terms

• Is comfortable discussing and negotiating prices

• Understands that good customer service and sales go together

• Is comfortable working with their hands

• Can recognize when a repair requires a more extensive solution

• Is responsible, reliable and professionally presented

• Has a valid driver's licence

• Is comfortable working independently in the field

• Is willing to learn new technical skills

• Speaks French

• Has good working knowledge of English

For selected candidates, relocation to Canada may be available.
