Job Description The Mercure Alger Airport Hotel, a renowned establishment, is looking for a competent and motivated Duty Manager to join its dynamic team.

Job Description: As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the hotel, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, adherence to quality standards, and coordination between different departments.

Main responsibilities: Oversee the hotel's daily operations to ensure exceptional service. Manage and resolve any guest complaints or issues professionally and proactively. Coordinate with various departments (reception, food and beverage, housekeeping, etc.) to maintain smooth operations. Maintain a visible and accessible presence in public areas to interact with guests. Train, motivate, and supervise teams to ensure optimal performance. Manage emergency situations and implement safety procedures as needed. Submit daily reports on activities and incidents that occurred during your shift.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel. Education: Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience). Languages: Fluency in French, English, and Arabic. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) is an asset.
