The F&B Manager ensures the operational and financial management of all the hotel's food and beverage outlets (restaurants, bars, room service, banquets and events) while guaranteeing Sofitel luxury standards and customer satisfaction.

Main Missions:

• Supervise the daily operations of restaurants, bars and banquets.
• Ensure compliance with Sofitel and Accor standards (SOP).
• To ensure impeccable service quality.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
• Recruit, train and develop the Heartist F&B team.
• Organize schedules and manage staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma in Hospitality, Catering or Management.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in high-end hospitality.
