Main mission : Design furniture components and prepare manufacturing files. Program machining operations and operate CNC machines and machining centers. Ensure the accuracy and conformity of parts to technical drawings. Optimize manufacturing quality, production lead times, and material consumption.

Duties and responsibilities

• Technical design of furniture: studying the plans, dimensions and technical requirements of furniture projects.
• Designing furniture: kitchens, dressing rooms, bedrooms, bathroom furniture, TV units and other layouts.
• develop detailed technical plans and manufacturing files.
• Define the dimensions of the parts, the thicknesses of the panels, the functional clearances and the types of assembly.
• Incorporate constraints related to hinges, slides, drawers, opening systems, fittings and mounting accessories.
• Verify the technical feasibility of the designs before launching into production.
• Adapt designs to material characteristics, machine capabilities, and manufacturing processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma in industrial carpentry, technical design, mechanics or equivalent field.
• 1-3 years of experience in furniture design and CNC machining.
• Knowledge of assembly techniques, hardware and furniture accessories.
• Ability to solve technical problems and meet production deadlines.
• Team spirit and respect for safety rules.
