Desired Candidate Profile

• Higher education in law, ideally in business law or corporate law.
• Professional experience in a similar position.
• Good command of the legislation and regulations applicable in Algeria.
• Good writing, analytical and synthesis skills.
• Mastery of contract drafting and analysis techniques.
• Rigour, discretion, organisational skills and respect for confidentiality.
• Analytical mind, autonomy and good communication skills.
