Our flagship project in Adrar spans 117,000 hectares with an investment of USD 3.5 billion, aiming to establish a herd of up to 270,000 dairy cows and produce 1.7 billion liters of milk annually. This integrated venture covers forage and crop production, cattle breeding, dairy manufacturing, and logistics operations, playing a key role in supporting Algeria’s food security ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with the Procurement team to follow up on all Purchase Orders (POs) related to import shipments.

• Ensure the timely receipt, verification, and follow-up of all shipping and customs documentation.

• Liaise with customs authorities, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and subcontractors to ensure smooth customs clearance operations.

• Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, and compliance issues.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customs clearance activities and shipment status.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customs and logistics documentation.

• Ensure effective communication and coordination between Logistics, Procurement, and other stakeholders.

• Support the continuous improvement of customs clearance and logistics processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance and logistics operations.

• Construction project experience is mandatory.

• Professional certifications related to Logistics, Supply Chain, or Customs Clearance are considered an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, import regulations, and logistics operations.

• Excellent coordination, planning, and follow-up skills.

• Strong reporting capabilities with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to analyze data and prepare accurate and insightful reports.

• Previous experience working within large-scale construction projects.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance requirements.
