• Reception and guidance of center users
• Ensure the center's regulatory compliance.
• Functionally coordinate the group of technical and temporary trainers: planning, facilitation, prioritization.
• to be the point of contact for the centre's service providers and to manage the quality of services.
• Validate and ensure the pedagogical quality of the training kit and session.
• Ensure pedagogical profitability and relevance.
• Consolidate training performance indicators and produce center management dashboards.
• Represent the pedagogical function to the Content Validation Committee and, under delegation, to the bodies of the Ministry.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bac+3 Bac+5 training: educational sciences, training engineering, human resources management, or technical field with confirmed pedagogical aptitude.
• 3-5 years of professional experience, including 2-3 years in coordination or instructional design.
• Knowledge of the Algerian regulatory framework for vocational training is appreciated.
• Documentary rigor, autonomy, organizational skills and ability to work together without hierarchical links.
• Fluent in French and Arabic; technical English appreciated.
