Team Management and Supervision:

• Train and integrate the facilitators.
• establish and optimize intervention schedules in target pharmacies.
• To inspire, motivate and coach the field facilitators to maximize performance.

Operational Monitoring & Quality Control:

• Conduct unscheduled and regular check-in visits to verify attendance, attire, sales pitch and brand image.
• Ensure compliance with brand recommendations and ethical rules in the pharmaceutical environment.
• Ensure that the products are properly displayed.

Logistics & Inventory Management:

• Coordinate the distribution of animation materials, testers, samples and promotional gifts.
• Monitor the stock levels of products available in pharmacies before and after the events.

Reporting & Analyse :

• Collect and analyze daily/weekly sales reports from the sales representatives.
• Write detailed reports for management and clients (key figures, customer feedback, strengths/areas for improvement).

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business, Marketing, Management or equivalent.
• Experience: Successful experience (minimum 2-3 years) in managing field teams, ideally in the parapharmacy, cosmetics or mass retail sector.
• Personal vehicle required (for daily travel in the field).
• Rigour, organisational skills and analytical abilities.
• My proficiency with office software (Excel)
