Are you organized and dynamic? As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for stock, receiving, and shipping. From inventory management and team leadership to space optimization, you will ensure our warehouse runs like clockwork!

Missions:

- Inventory management:

• Conduct physical inventories and compare them with system data to ensure accuracy.
• Manage stock control procedures to avoid discrepancies and report any anomalies.

- Receiving and shipping:

• Supervise the receipt of incoming materials and ensure they are checked for quality and conformity to purchase orders.
• Coordinate the storage of goods in an organized manner to facilitate access.
• Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.

- Warehouse operations:

• Ensure the proper functioning of the warehouse.
• Implement and follow security procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to optimize efficiency and space utilization.

- Team coordination:

• Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure compliance with productivity and quality standards.
• To foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

- Documentation and reports:

• Maintain accurate records regarding stocks, shipments and receipts.
• Generate regular reports on stock status, warehouse performance and other key indicators.
• Ensure that all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.

- Customer service:

• To process and resolve problems related to order discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Liaise with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to address customer needs and concerns.

- Handling and equipment:

• Regularly perform inspections of warehouse equipment to ensure it is in good working order and to identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams or external service providers to ensure timely repairs and troubleshooting in case of breakdown.
• Supervise the proper handling of materials, from reception to storage to order preparation, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

- Waste management and sustainability:

• Ensure that the different types of waste are properly sorted and disposed of in accordance with sustainability protocols.
• Oversee the disposal and destruction of obsolete packaging to optimize storage capacity, in coordination with the QHSE manager. Company description

Desired Candidate Profile

You have a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
You have proven experience as a warehouse worker or in a similar role.

Skills:
Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift heavy loads and operate warehouse equipment safely.
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
Fluency in French and Arabic.
